The macanhoki app is designed for speed and convenience. Your login, balance, and betting history sync automatically between the app and web version. Installing the macanhoki app on Android

The macanhoki app is available as an APK file download from our website. Android lets you install apps from sources outside the Google Play Store, so you can download our APK directly and install it on your device.

Navigating the macanhoki app

The app's main screen displays live football matches and upcoming fixtures across Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments. At the top is your account balance; tapping it opens your account menu where you can manage deposits, withdrawals, and settings.

Below the live matches is a navigation bar with five tabs: Home (live matches and featured markets), Football (all football leagues and tournaments), Casino (live-dealer tables and slots), Esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and Account (your profile, betting history, and settings).

Home tab

Displays ongoing and upcoming football matches with game information. You tap a match to expand betting options — you see available markets (match result, goals, corners, etc.) and their odds. Select a market, enter your stake, and confirm to place your wager. If the match is live, you see the live score and game information updates.

Football tab

Lists all available football markets grouped by league and tournament. You can browse Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and World Cup qualifiers. Each league section shows upcoming matches and allows you to build Multi-Bets or place single wagers. During major tournaments (Piala AFF, Champions League), this tab updates frequently with new fixtures and markets.

Casino tab

Contains live-dealer tables and slot games. Live-dealer sections show blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and baccarat tables with current player counts and stake limits. Slot games display Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways, and other titles with thumbnail images and stake ranges. Tap any game to open it.

Esports tab

Shows Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile tournament markets. Upcoming matches appear with available bet types — you can wager on match winners, map outcomes, or aggregate series results depending on the game and tournament.

Deposits and withdrawals on the app

Tap your account balance on the home screen, then select "Deposit" or "Withdraw" from the menu. The app presents all available payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).

For deposits, select your preferred method, enter the amount, and follow the on-screen prompts. E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) are processed instantly — you are redirected to the e-wallet app to confirm, then returned to macanhoki with your balance updated. Bank transfers and local payment depend on your bank's processing, typically completing within moments to one hour.

To withdraw, select a withdrawal method — it must be the same one you used to deposit. Enter your withdrawal amount (subject to any minimum threshold your account tier has) and confirm. Withdrawals are processed during business hours and typically complete within one business day. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own delays, especially during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or other public holidays when banking hours are reduced.

In settings, you manage push notification preferences, language (English), and password changes. You can also view your account balance, deposit/withdrawal history, and any promotional offers available to your account.

Security and account verification

Your balance updates instantly as rounds settle. The app caches video locally, so if your connection drops mid-hand, it reconnects smoothly without losing your session.

App performance and offline behavior

The macanhoki app requires an active internet connection to place wagers, view game information, or access live-dealer games. If your connection drops, the app displays a reconnection notice and automatically attempts to restore the connection. If you were in the middle of placing a wager when disconnected, the wager is cancelled and your stake is refunded.

Your betting history, account balance, and settings are cached locally, so you can view these even with a weak connection. However, placing new wagers requires a stable connection.

The app uses moderate data — roughly 5–10 MB per hour of casual browsing (checking odds, viewing matches). Live-dealer video streams use more data, around 20–30 MB per hour depending on video quality. If you have a limited data plan, we recommend using WiFi for extended live-dealer sessions.

Getting help through the app

Tap the Account tab, then select "Help" or "Support" to access our help centre. You can browse FAQs, submit a support ticket, or initiate a live chat with our team (availability depends on time of day). Our support team responds in English and helps with login issues, payment problems, account verification delays, and game-specific questions.
